Why did we build this?
At CyEx, we have been at the forefront of data breach and misuse cases and uncovered key insights. Financial restitution for victims of data misuse does not mitigate the core problem – the data remains exposed and the affected consumers are not provided access to the tools necessary to recapture their privacy. Leveraging CyEx’s arsenal of consumer security products and consulting attorneys and courts, we constructed a solution that not only returns privacy to victims, but does so efficiently and at a fraction of the cost of financial restitution.
